Well now that PLAN B has been put into action I’m getting all excited about doing a Contiki bus tour round Europe!!!

Haven’t decided on which one I wanna go yet but wanna check out – Amsterdam, Italy, Rome, Spain and heaps of others…

Well what an eventful couple of weeks!  I’ve had to revert to PLAN B as PLAN A failed miserably….

PLAN A = Go to Adelaide in October for 10 days to see Alan and then move over there permanently in Feb 2009… this failed why? um basically because things didn’t really work out with Alan and he’s decided to focus on his career. Go him – but in the meantime I’m left with a PLAN A in tatters.  Now onto PLAN B…

PLAN B = Move to the UK in Feb 2009 instead!

The multitudes of relatives and 1 best friend I have accumulated over there will be delighted to hear this of course!!  Having a british passport helps of course but this has to be renewed… and has been added to my growing list of things I need to sort in the next 6mths!

Now I have a wedding to go to in Dec this year…. it’s for my bestest buddy Amelia who moved to the UK last year and I haven’t seen her since!  Her man Mike proposed in Paris of all places… geez he coulda planned somewhere a bit more romantic couldn’t he?   and of course she accepted his offer to join him in the journey that is life!

So the date’s set for Dec 21st and as I eagerly await the arrival of my invitation (yes I am invited… I’m thinking my threat of showing up anyway wearing *gasp* WHITE if I wasn’t invited kinda cemented my place at the blessed event!) haha nah!

SO yeah… the point of this post is to show some of the possible dresses I found online last night….

Well as they say “the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry….” 

I was all set to be moving to Adelaide in Oct 2008 when my boss threw millions and millions of dollars and jewellery at me to stay on a bit longer! um well maybe it didn’t exactly go down like that haha but to cut a long story short I’m now blessing NZ with my presence for the next 6mths instead of 3mths!  The move is now set for Feb 2009….  Look out ADELAIDE here I come!

Ok so I’ve decided to make my planned holiday to Adelaide in October a permanent move instead!

Yay I cant’ wait!!!!!

I’m particularly gutted tho cos i just tried to get a refund on my already booked and paid for return flight and found out that I can only get a credit to that amount to be used within 12mths!   Ah well….

Ok so maybe it’s old news but I have always been a bit slow on the up-take (oi, don’t laugh too loud there buddy!) but over the past three Sundays I have been progressively making my way through the Jason Bourne series and OMG it’s awesome!!

I had seen the first one ages ago and then the 2nd one ages after that but to see them all in such close sequence makes it so much better!

Go rent them now! do it – you’ll find the first two in the “Weekly” section of your local movie rental place and the third one will most likely be in the “3 day” section… well at least that’s what the go was in Lyttelton anyways…

Ok so maybe I haven’t written much on this here blog for a wee while…. and I’ve been messing on with it this arvo trying to decide the best way to put stuff on here. First I was posting everything on this main page but decided I didn’t like that so I’ve made up pages for them all…. we’ll see how that goes!

Um what’s going on in the world of AJR at this point IN time (not point AND time!! Ok so maybe only the Cupboard Nazi Sarah will get that joke…. but I’m still gonna write it!)

Well this past week I booked my tickets to go see Alan in Adelaide! Really excited about it and the countdown is fully on… feels like ages since I saw him but maybe that’s cos it is!! (in the non-webcam way that is!)  Yeah so Fri Oct 17th is the day I depart these shores for 10days of Baker Boy

Um I was sick with the flu last Mon and Tue which was boring AS! Stuck at home with BOTH of the olds cos they both had the flu as well of course – just my luck.

Finally got myself a memory stick for my new digital camera on Sat… its only taken me almost 3weeks haha.  Went for a drive round today taking pics around town.  Cathedral Sq / Eastgate Mall / City Centre to name a few.
